The Northern Territory Government’s focus on building a skilled workforce continues in Budget 2008 with $6.5 million delivered under Jobs Plan 3. Employment Minister, Marion Scrymgour, said this was the second year of the $21.3 million four year program that aimed to deliver more skilled workers for the Territory labour force.
