SKILLS REFORM WILL STRENGTHEN THE TRAINING SYSTEM (SA)

Further Education Minister, Paul Caica, says claims by the State Opposition about the future of TAFE SA and the training system are “complete nonsense”. A media release issued by Steven Griffiths, dramatically titled, “For sale: Our education future”, is full of false claims. We are not ‘increasing the quota of private training providers’ - there are hundreds of Registered Training Organisations delivering training in this State and they train up to 40% of our VET students.
