A series of information sessions will be held across Australia during September and October to provide registered training organisations with an opportunity to extend their knowledge of AQTF 2007. Facilitated by the Voc Ed Learning Group, the sessions titled Am I AQTF 2007 Compliant?, will provide participants with a concise overview of the implementation of the Essential Standards for Registration, outcomes auditing, the Quality Indicators, the roles of registering bodies, industry involvement, assessment requirements, validation and the Excellence Criteria. This session will assist attendees by: • providing registered training organisations with a clear understanding of the standards and regulatory processes associated with AQTF 2007 • assisting registered training organisations in examining the benefits and implications of the AQTF 2007 • encouraging registered training organisations to think about business outcomes/management as opposed to compliance • providing an open forum for discussion/questions about the effects AQTF 2007will have on everyday business.
