Wesley Disability Community Services, a service of Wesley Mission Melbourne provides a range of community services to people with disabilities.

They currently have the following full & part time employment opportunities available:

• Individualised Planning and Support ( IP&S) Planner – Eastern Region
             - Full Time x 2
             - Part Time x 2

Wesley Disability Community services seek individuals who are:

The successful applicant will join their Planning team and will report to the Planning Coordinator, Wesley Disability Community Services. They will be responsible for assisting individuals with a disability to create various pathways and opportunities enabling them to reach their long term goals and future aspirations. These positions are based in Croydon.

The successful applicant needs to have:

• a relevant tertiary qualification
• previous experience in assessment and planning
• excellent interpersonal skills and assessment skills
• knowledge of the disability service system
• a research background
• experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse groups
• a current Victorian driver’s license

An attractive salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary packaging is also available.

A Police and Working With Children’s Check is mandatory.
